Wonderful experience in renting a gravel bike. The staff are reactive, competent, and kind and helped me prepare before the ride down to the smallest detail - cleat washers, gpx file for a great route, and so on. The bike was a superb Enve Mog, brand new. The shop is simply great. And honest - didn’t try to sell me anything. A big thanks!

We purchased our mountain bikes from University Bicycles and I can’t stress enough how amazing the entire team is, from the purchase with the sales team, to an impromptu seat fitting, and to the guys in the back who put the bikes together. Called later looking for trails that were appropriate for my skill level and the sales team once again asked all the right questions and offered three great options. You can’t beat every aspect of buying from this team!

First rate experience renting from University Bicycles. People are very nice. The Specialized Vado Ebikes were excellent. They had gps routes for download and they even customized a fantastic 38mile route to meet our needs. Would definitely rent here again when visiting Boulder.

I have been going to Ubike for many years. I have custom built titanium bike yet I sent several friends to purchase new bikes at this Boulder store. The sales staff doesn’t upsell and there is no pressure involved when it comes to making a decision. However…my highest recommendation goes to the service staff. This is the go-to bike store in the Boulder area. I live in Superior, but bypass the closer shops to visit here. The tech guys will take a look at your bike even if you drop in unannounced. I came there to have a mountain bike rebuilt from 3-by-chainring to a 1-by -- an expensive task, but they talked me out of it, saying it was better to just sell the bike, taking money off the table for them to my benefit.
