Saw their deals online and wanted to check out the bikes in person before I purchased one. They didn’t have them in the store so they shipped both bikes and built them up for me to test out, no commitment. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful as this was my first bike purchase. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe this is the company that bought out The Colorado Cyclist.... I was and am very disappointed to see that the Colorado Cyclist has closed its doors and is no longer a dependable local store that I depended on for decades but I am happy to report that I ordered some rotors on sale for a great price from Planet Cyclery and they were on my door step. less than a day and a half later. Keep up the great pricing and great service !

I purchased a Carbon Museeuw MFC 2.0 Road Bike Frame online from Planet Cyclery in May 2021 and was pleasantly surprised to find their online support through email very helpful before and after the sale! I got the bike fast and at a killer price. I've made a few online purchases and interacted with customer service at least once. They were very helpful instructing me on what parts I'd need to rebuild my 8 year old 2x10 fat bike. Shipping has always been very prompt. I go here first when shopping for parts.
