Amazing experience! First time buying bikes as we needed a hobby to do and Scott was so helpful and kind with us. We ended up getting 2 bikes and the following week went back to get a third! I've had a number of issues with this shop. First, they don't honor the coupons they send you in the mail. I had a $10 off coupon I gave directly to the guy right there at the cash register during checkout. He said he'd take if off then it wasn't until I got home and looked at my receipt that it wasn't there. Second, they don't honor their in store sales prices on mark-downs. I went into Trek today to pick up some Scratch Labs hydration mix. I was really pleased with the selection of products as well as with the price. There are some awesome maps on the wall featuring mountain bike trails, gravel rides, family rides and road rides for their customers. Trek has a huge variety of bikes, including bikes for kids and retro designs. Customer service was fantastic and I was able to find what I needed immediately.
