Pedego Electric Bikes Castle Rock

What a fantastic e-bike shop in Castle Rock. My husband and I ran there as soon as we found out they were a dealer for the Urtopia e-bikes that we have been researching for more than a year. We love our Pedego bikes that we purchased from the shop in Castle Rock. Chris and his staff have been awesome every step of the way. High quality bikes, (priced right), five year warranty if you stay current with the prescribed annual tune-ups and super responsive customer service. Don't bother shopping anywhere else. The best part of the whole experience is that we (my wife and I) actually use them often!

Great shop if the bike you want is in stock. If it's not, I'd suggest calling other locations to see if they have it in stock, or may the odds be ever in your favor. Purchased three bikes. Two were in stock and taken home that day. One was not in stock but on order. Paid for it on Sunday. Was told it would be there Wednesday. Didn't hear anything by almost closing time Wed so called. Was told it would arrive Thursday. Still didn't hear anything. Called again. Was told it'll be here next week...

All I can say is WOW! Came in on a saturday last weekend because my battery was not working. Obviously the family was upset because we had planned to go riding that day. What I thought was going to be a week or more to get the battery repaired was as an instant troubleshoot by the owner. What's more is he didn't feel comfortable sending me out tge door with the battery, just in case something wasn't right. He swapped it for a brand new one. This guy (Rick) has my business forever!

I have trouble walking so I bought a bike. After 4 miles the odometer stopped. After six times trying to get this fixed I now am going to court. Stay tuned for more
