Excellent service and selection! I had a wheel issue that was quoted to take a week from other shops that Criterium was able to do same day as well as put a new tire on. Very busy shop but still felt welcoming by greeting everyone that came in and had plenty of space to move around. I brought my bike in because there was excessive travel in the back brake and the braking power was greatly diminished. Because they couldn’t diagnose it while I was in the shop, I left my bike for them to look into it. They got back to me a day or two later with a quote for $333!
