My partner (pictured) and I both had the same great experience here at the COS Old Towne Bike Shoppe, where every single person we met (bike techs, salespeople, owner) made you feel like a friend & continually value you as a customer. We both had different bike needs, that were inevitably met with the patience, attention to detail and care of the COS Olde Towne Bike Shoppe staff! I had a great experience with Paul at the store. I came in three times with my daughter. He spent a lot of time with us discussing various bike locks, helmets, etc and I ended up buying a new Giant Talon 4 which he customized to fit and gave me suggestions on how to optimize. I recently got a new MTB from an out-of-town bike shop and it came with knobby tires. With the wide range of bike trails in and around Colorado Springs, I quickly realized I wanted an additional wheelset to quickly change out depending if my focus for the day was primarily dirt riding or primarily pavement riding. I went to four other bike s...
