Came to this bike store for the first time recently. First for the good stuff: decent selection of bikes and accessories. The store is pretty big. Regarding my two stars, I was not impressed with the sales staff. They seemed to know very little about the models of one of their top selling Specialized gravel bikes. I’ve purchased bicycles of all kinds from BikeSource because they were a great resource for finding the right bike for me and my kids and keeping them on the road. E-bikes or major investments, and every technician that I have worked with has been fair and knowledgeable. On my recent visit, the amount of time and effort the tech put into diagnosing my bike’s problem and fixing it for a very low cost was once again well beyond my expectation and exactly why I will continue to be a patron there.

I walked in today with a flat tire on my son’s bike, and Dwayne was absolutely wonderful in helping resolve his bikes issues in a kind, timely, and professional manner. Beyond happy with my experience.

I am blown away with the customer service at this shop. I worked with Tony to receive a bike, and he was more than incredible at helping me get a full solution for the optimal experience once I left the shop. He took time to help familiarize me with the new tech on the electric bike, as well as went above and beyond in helping me out the door feeling confident in my new purchase. The team was approachable, happy, and an all around pleasure to work with. This is now my shop for all bike needs.
