I bought my first bike at Campus cycles and I had a wonderful experience there! Absolutely amazing bicycle shop, I was helped by Sam who was so knowledgeable and helpful, we found the perfect bike for me! I’ve been riding it everywhere and feeling great with the knowledge that Campus Cycles will help me out with maintenance and repairs when I need it. Picking out my first bike there was so much fun. 10/10 recommended! Here’s a photo of my amazing new ride!
They are our neighborhood bike shop. We have been in there several times for service, accessories and two bike purchases. Michael and Sam are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide great customer service.I bought a Trek Farley 9.6 for my wife and they worked out a transfer from another store, not normally something done, and saved me a 2 hr drive! Bike came in, was in great shape and ready for pickup. They quickly added some accessories (pedals, water cage, grips, etc) and we were on our way....
I definitely recommend that everyone check out this store. Coming out to check my bike after falling, and Cole helped me out with the alignment of my bike and adjusted my brake without charging any cost. Yes! You read it right, with no cost! He said he is not charged because it’s an easy fix but still, shout out to Cole for helping me out. Will come back to get my bike fitting for sure!
I made a purchase from Campus a couple of months back and as always, it was a great experience. The purchase was a trainer back at the end of November for Black Friday. Due to the unusually warm winter weather we've had the trainer sat unopened as riding outside was still so great. Today I decided to unbox and assemble the trainer in anticipation of the inevitable weather change to come. Upon inspection, I realized that the unit was missing a critical bolt needed to secure the stabilizing leg...
The customer service was way beyond the norm. The sales and service team was extremely great showing care and concern for my bike service that I was needing . So with that it was so good it parlayed me into buying a Ebike thats how professional/knowledgeable tgey were. I highly recommend visiting Campus Cycles for all of your bike needs.
