This is a scam. They promised a free e-bike, with only a payment of $36.67 to cover sales tax at pickup. They emailed me in September to tell me my bike would be ready within a month. Now it's November and I inquired about the status of my free bike, and they tell me that if I want to be added to the priority queue I need to pay $49.99 sales tax in advance online, at which point it would still be another 6-12 week wait for pickup. I'm going to report them.

Ive been waiting 2 years. They finally gave me a pick up date and the day of pick up they told me they ran out of inventory. That was 6 months ago. This company and their customer service is a joke.
