Not very happy. I just had my 2008 ural patrol in for a full service because I had just purchased it, and it sat for a while. The starter did not work, so I had to kick start it. The initial estimate was a little over $2700. When I went to pick it up upon completion, it was $2089 The difference was they didn't have a starter and could not locate one. Ordered a rear brake hose for a 2019 Ural Gear Up on April 17, 2024 because this garage in 2023 did not re route the hose due to 2into1 pipe and it melted. Today is September 19, 2024 and still no hose! It also took them 13 weeks last summer to change out 4 tires. Unreliable and expensive service is why I'm selling my Ural and will never recommend to anyone.
