Epic Cycle Team has been a wonderful addition to our community. We’ve purchased four mountain bikes and appreciate their quick fixes when we drop the bikes off for a tune-up. Always a great experience!

I took my bike here to get a flat repaired since the puncture was deep enough that I needed the tube replaced as well, and it seemed like paying someone to do it was a better use of my limited time than doing it myself. Well, the first time they “fixed” it it was flat again within less than 12 hours without having been used at all, and the second time it actually lasted a couple of days before deflating completely. They told me they replaced the tube and tire and put a sealant inside the tire...

I picked up my new Pinnarello X5 from Epic Cycles today (in Crystal White) - fully kitted and ready to ride. Not only did the staff demonstrate extensive knowledge assisting me with the selection of the ideal bike, but their enthusiasm for the sport and genuine interest in my plans for the bike made the experience all the better. I’m incredibly grateful to Carlos Velez and Jamie Higham for their advice and support throughout the purchase process!

I had another great experience at Epic Cycles and want to recognize Jamie for his excellent service. He took the time to understand the problem, diagnosed it quickly, and explained the options. The repair was done right the first time and the turnaround was quick. This is exactly the kind of shop you want to support. Five stars and I’ll be back for future tune-ups and upgrades

I got a great deal on a Specialized Aethos that I saw on at Epic on line. Cody let me demo one in the Denver store then pulled the one I wanted from the warehouse, assembled it based on a previous bike fit, and sent me ecstatically on my way for a flawless bike trip that started in CA the next day. After a couple weeks things stretched and he adjusted it on the spot and it has been flawless again. Love the bike, the store and Cody!!!!
