Bought a bike from Mike and Pedego about two months ago, and Mike especially really made the process smooth. He answered all of our questions, and was straightforward with options and pricing that we had. He even steered us away from some more expensive models as they were not right for our use case. We will certainly be bringing our business back in the future, and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase an e-bike!

Pedego Shop Downtown Denver is a great bike shop to buy a new e-bike or get service if you currently own a Pedego. Mike the store manager is an outstanding e-bike tech and he really knows his stuff. Customer service was top notch the store dog is a dope canine. All around great experience and Mike got my e-bike back up and running in no time. I definitely recommend and will not hesitate to take my e-bike back if I have anymore issues. Thanks Again Mike!

My partner and I rented e-bikes here last week and had a fantastic time. The shopkeeper was super friendly, answered all our questions, and clearly knew the area well. The location is ideal (you’re only a few blocks from the Cherry Creek Trail) so getting started was effortless. The bikes were great, the service was great… honestly just a perfect experience. We’d been looking at different brands of e-bikes and Mike was straightforward with us, honest about the pros and cons of the bikes he had in stock. We had such a Positive experience with Mike, Barry, and the team. We led a small group on a bike ride and everything was safe and comfortable. There was also an amazing dog there to send you off and welcome you back. The instructions were straightforward and the bikes had ton or colors and styles that were REALLY nice!!! The team at Pedego made our event very successful and leaving people in the bike tour wanting to purchase ebike.
