Rad Power Bikes - Ebike Sales & Service Center

Super awesome bike shop with a great staff that is very knowledgeable about their far superior product. I've had my rad power bike for a year and it is my main transportation when it's dry out. I drive all the way down from Fort Collins to go to this shop.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The bikes I purchased came with what I believe were defective controllers. The first issue appeared after roughly 20 km. What followed was lengthy communication with an unhelpful support team that kept insisting I disassemble and reassemble the bike instead of simply sending a replacement controller. To make matters worse, every reply came from a different person, often ignoring half of my message and repeating the same instructions. I...

Awesome awesome awesome store and experience! Had an incredible experience learning about the bike, was able to test drive as many bikes I wanted (with and without my baby on the back!) Couldn’t leave without getting the bike. Incredible service and professionalism. One of the best retail experiences I have ever had. Thank you!!!!

I have had a RadCity 5 for about 5 years now and I love to ride it. Whenever it needs maintenance, the service department takes really good care of me. Today I needed a pedal replaced, and they did it for free. I walked in and out of the shop, job done, all in less than 5 minutes.

Great experience learning about the bikes and buying one. Riding home was super fun and even better once we realized we had a flat and pumped it up.
