When my old neighborhood shop closed (RIP Good Turn, you were good while you lasted), I found myself in a bit of a pickle. I’ve (unfortunately) been at this bike shop a lot since getting a new mountain bike that’s had plenty of issues. The pricing is very fair. I came in with a cable issue and was leaving for a Moab mtn biking trip in 3 days so they got me a quick solution to make sure I could go on my trip. They explain what they fixed and how. And finally the staff are all just really nice and cool. The light roast drip coffee at their attached coffee shop is also really good!

I popped in to this bike shop several times and they've always been helpful and a couple times did not charge me for very quick minor adjustments. SloHi naturally assumed I would receive that same hospitality when I ordered a new bike. I have decades of experience in my lifetime with bike shops and buying new bikes. Sam is amazing! Walked in with no knowledge needing a last minute rental. Sam not only made sure I was comfortable with the bike by checking measurements and making sure everything was running smoothly but in the nicest way showed me how to use the gears. 100% amazing service

The staff here are the best, every time I've come in they are super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I just brought my really old weird bike in and Lacey was really kind and helpful, as well as very upfront about what they could and couldn't do, and let me be part of the process so I know more about my bike!
