Best experience! Nate & Zac were professional, friendly and extremely helpful! My bosses at work bought a bike for me as a gift and she order a bike that was way too large. Nate helped me find a bike that would fit me and be within the allotted price range! He refunded the original and sold me the “better” bike for my size and riding style! Super excited to start riding it this weekend! Thanks so much!!

I had a great experience buying my new Trek bike at the Denver location. The staff took the time to listen to what I was looking for and my budget, then gave thoughtful, knowledgeable advice that really helped narrow things down. They also suggested a few helpful add-ons that I’m glad I picked up. Friendly, expert service all around—I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the market for a Trek bike.

The two gentleman at Trek Bicycle working today 1/27, Nate was one of them, were super helpful. Dropped what they were doing to help me. Worked on my bicycle, were polite, and did everything to help, find fixes and gave suggestions. True customer service!!

Brought my 15 year old bike in for service after a few years in storage and with a few small issues. The guys there were all so friendly and fixed up my bike within the day. I almost couldn’t believe how nice my bike looks when I picked it up, it’s almost like having a brand new one. Very reasonably priced, great staff, quick service, will definitely return
