Love CyclErie! Floyd sold me my first bike in 40 years in August and I love it! Everyone is very knowledgeable! I stopped in Sunday and DJ was very helpful with advice and ordering a spare battery. They have made me feel very welcome even though I am new at this ebike thing! I highly recommend!!

Dan, Chris and crew were really great explaining all of the new features of the Aventon eBikes. We took a couple of bikes for a test ride and enjoyed them so much we bought 2! The shop is super cool. They have a great inventory. Andrew and Alex I believe are very good techs and really good guys. They took the time to explain to me what was going on, the different options and associated costs. I will be back and I will 100% before purchasing my next bike there just based on their product support. We bought our bikes a year ago from them. My bike fell off our bike rack and was dragged behind our trailer. I brought it in to see if they could fix it. DJ was extremely helpful. I asked to have the bike in a week, and it was done the next day. You can’t tell my bike was damaged. I am so impressed with their knowledge and customer service. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Best place to buy your bike. No pressure sales. Highly recommend. Amazing Job! Thank you!
