Mike was incredibly helpful. Even though they didn't have the bike I was interested in buying, he took the time to run through every detail I could possibly wish to know. He also helped me fix an issue on another bike super fast. So helpful and knowledgeable, will be back!

The guys at proVelo are amazing! Occasionally, stuff breaks down on bikes, and I typically realize it right before a ride. Today I swung by on my way to the trailhead and they made a few tweaks to my derailer to make it run smoother. They were super nice and accommodating without an appt. I did not expect that, but they have me as a loyal client because of it!

These guys are great. Bought an ebike here today and ended up having an issue with it, they exchanged it no problem. Super pro. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend buying from these guys. Shop local. 🚲 ☑️ 😎

Alright this happened a few months ago but I'm just now writing a review on it because the ridiculousness of the whole thing finally materialized. I went here because the reviews were so high and I dropped my bike off (nothing special an old Sears catalogue bike from the 70s) because the tires weren't Inflating. Friendly staff everyone was very helpful! They carry all types of bikes but I was interested in an Ebike. Test rode it, purchased it and brought it back after around a 100 miles for some tuning. Mike was super helpful and took care of the issues. Very positive experience in purchasing and service.
