Purchased 2 ebikes thru these guys. Test drove three times, once with my wife. Justin and Joanna are highly knowledgeable and passionate about their products. My Colorado rebate came right off the purchase price. There is nothing like a face-to-face buying experience with experts that you can't get on the web, or watching YouTube videos.

I have to definitely write this review. I have been to this shop after visiting 4 other stores and I would say their customer service and support is top notch. I don’t know where to start and where to end. Initially I called them and asked few questions about the e-bikes and the guy who I spoke to was very patient to answer all of my questions in a very detailed way.
