Went in for a tune-up of my old bike and while it wasn't an insignificant amount of money the process was super simple, they had a same-day turnaround, and my bike has never been in better condition. Great staff and a great store 10/10

I don’t like leaving super negative reviews. Unfortunately this shop doesn’t care. Took my bike for fork work here. They diagnosed incorrectly. I asked Brian three times, are you sure this will fix it. He said yes. 4 weeks of wait and $218 was the cost. He calls me to start telling me it still doesn’t work right. He said there is nothing they can do except to call the BMC rep and get him to chime in. That was 3 months ago. They kept saying “well you didn’t buy the bike here”. Why does that m...

I was riding on South Platte trail and had a brake problem so I stopped in to see if someone could look at it. They were really busy but Liam said he could take a look. He ended up working on it for 45 min , replaces a part and bled the brakes. I couldn't believe how much time he spent on it for a walk in with no appointment. I was back on the trail as a very happy biker! Great service!!!

We took a bike to Pedal for new tires and a tune-up. Though we ended up not having any work done on it - it was basically kaput - the customer service was first rate and we were well taken care of.

This is my new favorite bike shop. For starters, there isn't an iota of sobbiness that you get in a lot of other shops; the staff are genuine, helpful, and not pushy. Then there's the selection. The selection is absolutely the best part; they have EVERYTHING! And, to boot, they seem to be one of the only shops in the Boulder/Denver area that actually carry fat bike tires.
