Marc is the best. We joke that I am Thor on a bike. I have tried to destroy and wear out just about ever component. Marc gets my bike back to "new" status and allows me to keep riding at a high level, which is 26K miles at 4 1/2 years. This is like having your own Tour De France mechanic taking care of you.
