The maintenance and repair folks are super talented, quick to diagnose problems and thorough in their repair work. Whether getting a basic flat repair or tune up, or addressing a complex ebike problem, this is the go-to shop. Also, they have a quick turn around time on repairs.

The people, attitude, and knowledge of everyone I’ve interacted with at Wheat Ridge Cyclery is a breath of fresh air. Wheat Ridge Cyclery employees seem to treat first time buyers and elite cyclists alike (I’m neither). They seem eager to help anyone and everyone who wants to enjoy life on two wheels. As I was leaving the Ken Caryl store, they were helping a couple of motorcyclists get back on the road. Local dealers rule!

I worked with both the WheatRidge and Littleton location on a new bike purchase and was amazed how customer friendly they are and went above and beyond to show me all the details on the new bike that I probably would’ve spent hours trying to figure out. Very pleased with the level of service I got and all the great knowledge from DJ at the WheatRidge location and Rob and his crew at Littleton location.

Picked up my new Specialized Levo SL Alloy today. Great bike purchase experience, ordered Monday, they delivered it to the Ken Caryl location Tuesday. Rob Judge got it all set-up for me (e bike discount, tubeless, atlas pedals) and I picked it up Wednesday. First ride at Flying J - this bike is so light for an e bike. Absolutely love it. Thanks Rob!

Mine was not a high value sale, just a random $10 part I needed for my e-bike. The staff was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, even offered to run over to the local hardware store to get an additional part I might need. Great service, it shows they are passionate about what they do!
