Shout out to Josh, who works in parts of service and also Mike on the front end. I was able to contact Josh over the phone to ask about a bearing. I needed for my free hub body and he had it available and tagged it and I was able to come by the next day and he was able to quickly install it and recommend the correct lubrication so when I put it back together again, it’ll be well greased. Josh performed this very quickly in his shop and even gave me a few stickers that I could apply to my helm...

This shop went above and beyond for me! I was looking for a specific jogger they had but I am not local. The owner was amazing and shipped it to me free of charge. They were so responsive, quick to ship, and easy to work with! It was more affordable than any big box retailers too and it’s going to a small business (which by the way, is worth SO much more to your community and our future world than saving a buck on Amazon even if you could).

I used to get my Gary Fisher mountain bike fixed here. Last time I needed to fix the gears and get the wheels realigned. Service cost $200 and didn't fix either problem. Took it to JAX in Lafayette they fixed both issues I was having with the bike for half the price.

Knowledgeable people that have been in the area for years… They have a new building, but same old good fashion service. Just bought a bike for the grandkid! Good stuff.
