I called regarding a battery issue, hoping to get some help since I purchased my Ebike in another state. Jeremiah called me back promptly and helped me sort through the problem so it would be covered under warranty even though it meant I wouldn’t be bringing my bike in to him! Jeremiah was awesome! My son purchased a bike from an online dealer 6 months ago. JRod was Excellent service and customer service. Knows his stuff and cares to fix it right. My hydraulic brakes are better then my bike was new. Going back for sure if I need future service.

Jeremias has been my go-to guy for all E-bike services. He has greatly impressed me with his professionalism and customer service.
