I met Jim in 2014. It was obvious that he understood the electric power assisted bicycle. He built my first bike in 2014. Making an appointment online was easy and it was nice to know that my husband and I would be the only people in the store during it. I'm leaving a review on the policy of this bike shop to only service bicycles they sell. I have a Tern longtail from a different area, and they won't service it. I'm not looking for warranty work - just normal repair work from an authorized dealer who knows this brand of bicycle. They refuse to work on it. Tern's website says I'm welcome to get service from any authorized Tern dealer - apparently not this one! If you take a Toyota you bought in a different market to a Toyota dealer here, they...
