Repeated visits, problem never fixed, had to go elsewhere. I initially dropped off my bike for a complete overhaul, and it became clear they didn't do much of the service. It seems as though they simply replaced the chain. They did remember to charge me hundreds of dollars though. The shifters never worked, even after repeated trips. I went to D&D Bicycles in Berkeley to find bikes for my daughter and niece. The guy who helped us was super experienced and really nice with the girls. He got them all set up with some really cool bikes. We picked out some nice accessories and they put them on for us. It was a great experience! .

I am very happy with my first experience at D&D Bicycles. I went in today to have a tire and tube replaced and Hunter was professional and very helpful. The work was done while I waited and I was impressed with Hunters efficiency and knowledge. He was happy to educate us on the different construction of new bikes to ensure they offer the rider the best experience possible.
