They were able to put my dream e-bike together for me even tho I didn't buy it there,(a lot of stores won't do that)they also finished it early.. anyway it was done fast,and rides perfectly!! Thank u for accommodating me!!

Best local bike shop! Matt took great care of our 2 bikes last week. Got us right in and performed maintenance. Visited again today and chatted with Brian for awhile-he helped me pick out the appropriate lock for my needs, a small seat bag and water bottle holder. Team is extremely engaged and knowledgeable. Highly recommend They have a vast selection of bikes and accessories in addition to a great website shopping site.

I called Jack's Bicycle and Fitness a month or so ago looking for an adult trike. Another store recommended them because they didn't have any stock or any ability to order them and that was the third place I'd called. Jack's had the magic touch because they were able to get the exact bike I wanted. When it was ready, Brian delivered it to me. He waited while I tried it out and made seat adjustments. He wanted to pump up the tires a bit to make it easier to balance, but my pump wasn't work...
