Had the pleasure of coming in today just to look at an electric bike, but I'm very new to them so I wasn't sure which one to get. Jess was extremely knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. I ended up coming home with an electric Sparrow, which I love. The bike is very easy to ride, comfortable, and also has a warranty. If you're just getting into PEVs, this is a great shop to get started with. Thanks again!
