The owner Mike is so nice and helpful! He helped me put my inner tubes on my bikes because he wants me to be a returning customer. He also showed me how to patch a tire even though they do not do it because of warranty and liability reasons. I got an education, a few supplies and advice towards an upcoming camping trip. I'll definitely recommend and be returning!

I went here today by mistake, thinking I was going to another bike shop I recently googled. My son’s back bike tire bolt was extremely hard to remove, preventing me from changing his flat. I thought it would have to be cut off. The guy got it off in 2 mins and said I didn’t owe him anything. While I know some would say, that’s not a big deal, it is to me because he could’ve charged me for that service, no matter how small. I had never been there ever so he didn’t have to do anything for free....

We were in the area and needed a new rim for a bike so by chance called Mike’s shop… and I’m SO GLAD we did!!! We ended up going back home to get the bike because he offered to help us repair it. He was so helpful, had what we needed and even stayed a few minutes late after closing to replace the rim. If we are ever in need of a bike repair again or purchasing a new bike in the future, I will be glad to make the trip to G&R!!! Thank you, Mike!

The guys at G& R are a God send !!! They have been taking care of me for quite some time but today they really out did themselves !!! My son’s bike is back up and running and I am so crateful !!!!
