One of the best when it comes to service and communication. The gang took care of a high-end disassembly, package and cross country ship on a tight schedule, going above and beyond with a ton of documentation along the way. Will be back and would highly recommend. 👊❤️

Bought a beautiful 1980s Centurion touring bike here years ago and more recently brought in an old Trek multitrack for a gravel/bikepacking conversion. Metropolis Bike shop hosts some awesome people who got me two wheels for the road. The whole sale started when I called in to check if Metropolis had the bike I was looking for in stock, and when they confirmed it I was directly to their easy online shop to pay.
