I've been buying bikes here for 15 years. I still have the one I bought back then. They keep it serviced for me and rides like new. I've purchased my kids bikes there as they grew up. Never had an issue. Kind, straight to the point and no sales tactics. They will also make things right if you're not satisfied. I will not go anywhere else. Thanks Paul for treating me and my kids with kindness.

Just bought an adult bike for my granddaughter here and they were awesome. Kelly & John were wonderful with their advice and knowledge of the different bikes. Answered all our questions and made suggestions. I was even able to get the color she wanted. The bike was all together and the owner checked the brakes and adjusted the seat to fit my granddaughter. It was a fun time - thank you Allied Cycle Shop for an awesome experience. I would give them 50 stars if I could A++++++++

I purchased an $80 NiteRider bike light from this company on Amazon. I briefly checked it when it arrived and it seemed to be new and working. When I first used it several months later, the light and battery worked as it should have, but the OLED screen was dead. After the ride, I recharged it to use the next time, in a few weeks, but that next time it would not work at all or recharge. Went in to buy a bike around 10:45 am on a Monday. Was barely greeted by the gentleman at the front desk (to be more specific: we walked into the store, he did not speak to us until I made direct eye contact with him as we walked to the front of the store). We walked around for a bit despite feeling unwelcome. We were never asked if we needed help or if we were looking for anything in particular. We left after a few minutes without making a purchase. Walked in to purchase a bike for my son. After looking around for a bit and seeing a bike that we would possibly like to purchase, I noticed no one had greeted us. I looked at the back of the store where a man sat staring at us without saying hello, welcome can I help you? I mean he stared and said nothing. We walked out and he missed a sale and by the way the store was empty you should be glad you had a customer but then again if the service is like that on a daily it explains why it was empty.
