Walked into inquire about a new bike and walked out 1/2 hour later with a new one and then came back and brought two more bikes in for service. They are agnostic with the work that they do, service and maintenance on any type of bicycle. The three gentlemen I interacted with were all very friendly as well as their dogs. My rad ebike broke while we were traveling. Called rad and had the part shipped here. I spoke to Richie who was great! They had it repaired within minutes and were dog friendly too. Amazing experience.
