End of August 2024, (I have paperwork with date on it) I was contacted to pick up my bike, which had been damaged by an employee during unnecessary tinkering. The employee broke the main support bolt that holds the $4000 bike upright (folds in half for easy transport) I could not use bike due to recovering from rotator cuff surgery. I purchased a bike here last year and had a great experience so when I finally decided to stop stuffing it in the car and purchase a bike rack I came back. I purchased a rack which they helpfully installed. There was a mishap ( Im still not sure what caused it) but the rack broke that same day. I went back to them and they helped me with a replacement and installed a new rack for me. My experiences with them have been excellent thus far.

I was happy to find that International Bike Shop had some used BMX Parts to help me complete an old GT DYNO, I was working on. Would love to buy this little shop and focus on BMX Bikes. Love the Old School Feel.

Stopped in for a fat tire inner tube. Called first. Conversation will be short and to the point when you call here. But he had two choices for me regarding my bike tube. Stopped in and it's a working repair / sales facility. Old school. But effective. Grabbed my tube and was happy at the overall speed of the experience.

Called about a part and they said they have it. Too bad they closed early, I got there at 430. Google says they close at 5 but the sign says 6. I rode my bike 5 miles to get there but now I'm looking for a different bike shop since they don't want customers.
