Pedego Junction Electric Bikes

We love our Pedego Boomerang Bikes. Greg was awesome helping us in our purchase. He was no pressure very knowledgeable and really wanted us to choose the right e-bike. After two years of enjoying riding I had an issue with my LCD display. Greg responded very quickly and sent the new part to my home so I was back riding again within a few days. I am so happy I purchased my e-bike at Pedego Junction…Greg is the best.

Owner Greg really stands behind his product. He has serviced my Boomerang+ for several years. Although I live in Ann Arbor the long drive is worth the knowledge and care he provides. Recently, after 5,000 miles of riding, my bike developed a crack in the frame. Not only did Pedego, the company, stand behind their product with a replacement frame, Greg set up the rebuilt bike perfectly. I'm hooked!

Greg was so helpful and educated me on this Interceptor before I took it for a ride. He took all the time I needed to make me feel comfortable with the e-bike. He stands by his products because he believes in them. I would definitely do business with him again.

Purchased a bike a month ago was used pedego had 50 miles on it I wasn't original owner so warranty not included, but salesperson tells me he'll warranty for a year, had problems with changing port on battery and changing of gears wouldn't stay in first was told that I don't need first gear after only a month bike not in good shape only putting on 70 more miles on it. Spent 2 1/2 hours there on a Sunday afternoon with Greg. He answered every question my wife and I had to ask. He demonstrated all the bikes features and explained the various differences in bike models, modes, batteries and accessories. Very knowledgeable on the Pedego line and very easy to deal with. He was able to point out the pros and cons for each model depending on our riding likes and dislikes. Would highly recommend- very good experience!
