I purchased a bike from this establishment & the customer service was like none other! Patrick & his crew are exceptionally nice and very knowledgeable about the biking business. I had a few hiccups with my bike, that was totally my fault and misunderstanding about a professional bike that needs extra care. Patrick was very helpful, understanding, & accommodating! He even gave me a free bottle holder for my bike for the inconvenience! This type of customer service is not easily found nowadays...

Been taking my bikes here for 5-6 years. Pat (owner) has a crew of seasoned bike enthusiasts on staff. They consistently have good turn around times and a lot of integrity. Today they fixed my bike on the spot at no charge. Definitely would recommend and I plan on being a long term customer.
