A motorcycle dealership that doesn't allow you to try helmets on, how absurd. He recognized I work in the area(and inappropriately tried to haggle himself a 15% discount on equipment I sell as a store employee in trade for a equivalent discount on a much cheaper helmet 🤣 id get fired dude) , I let him know I was shopping and wanted too see what he had. Tried on 2 and got yelled at since I wasn't buying today (I work so close I could've come back if I liked something) even though I said I'd be...
Great service, all hands on deck as my son's and I were wanting a couple of dirt bikes. We were tight on time and leaving a dealership in newhudson where we didn't feel comfortable with the sales pressure. We called Howell Powersports and spoke with Jim he shared otd price and we made a deal. We literally pulled up his guys had the bikes ready to go. Loaded the bikes for us sat down signed paperwork and away we went. Great selection and so very knowledgeable. This is my families new goto deal...
I bought a 2024 z900 from this dealer. I had a very pleasant experience with the salesman. As a female rider, it’s sometimes hard to find someone in the motorcycle community that treats you like a person. The staff were very friendly. However, my z900 is with 5 miles on it died two miles down the road. After investigating we found out the battery couldn’t take or hold a charge. I find it silly that I had to buy a new battery my first day of owning the bike, especially after they told me they ...
I called Howell Power Sports and asked how much it would be to bring in my 1994 Quadrunner to have them diagnose a front differential oil leak and a starter issue. They told me $129.00 was the cost for a diagnostic check of the machine. I brought the machine in and had it written up with the "check and advise" for these two issues for $129.00. They called me a few days later and told me my starter was bad and that the oil leak was coming from the torn CV boots on the front end. $400-$500 ...
Don't trust this dealer, bought a kids snowmobile from them and was told it was perfect and ready to ride - definitely not the case the wrong track was on the machine. Extremely rude management, go to C and C sports or a different cat dealer unless you like wasting your money and being talked down to. 2 star dealer for a reason.
