like working with Alex hes my sales guy. If an issue comes up Alex gets on it and gets it resolved quickly. The first Indian a 24 Pursyit had a few issues that needed taking care of. Purchase a used 2023 Polaris in March 2025 and a new 2024 Ski Doo. First time out on the Polaris made it less than 2 miles electrical issue caused it to quit and ended up towing it back. Second Time out it quit on me but was able to restart it. Brought it in to Fox for service and they replaced the brake switch. Went in for a replacement ski. Walked out with a new sled. Who doesn’t need a backup sled? My sales consultant was Anthony. Hands down the best experience. Answered every question and felt like we knew each other for years. I love doing business with people I trust. I am a loyal customer because every time I go here they have what I need and if not they offer assistance to get me back on the trails.
