Michigan Bicycle

Once I went here to get a cargo rack for my bike. They said when I came in "there's no cargo rack made for that bike, but don't worry—we can rig something for you." They proceeded to take my bike into the back and the one guy (the owner I think) spent upwards of an hour working on it, grumbling the whole time about how impossible it would be. Meanwhile the other employee was visibly drunk, harassing the owner and other customers as he careened around the store this way and that, slurring out ...

They are amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Steve today and he is purely the definition of customer service. I was in need of a bike rack and he found one and installed it for me. He even offered to go the extra mile and send someone out to help me put my bike on for the first time. He made me feel comfortable as it was my first time shopping here. Got a tune up done in about one hour and I feel ready for the road. Definitely a company I would patronize again!

As a small business owner, customer service is EVERYTHING to me. Not only are these guys experts, they took the time to educate me on each bike I had questions on! Not to mention their prices were matched to online.. A++ in my book. Keep up the great work!

He was incredibly rude to me. I can in just for my tires and he’s telling me $89 for a tune up that I didn’t ask for. Had he been nicer explaining to me the work that needed I would’ve been happy to patronize this small business instead he became grouchy and told me that when I call him back because the other places over charge me he wants me to apologize to him and was fussing at me all the way out the door. Got hosed on Facebook purchase of a bike for my grandson. He loved the bike but couldn't ride it safely. Took it to Michigan Bike, they gave me the price and my grandson was riding it 2 hours later. Great price, great service.
