Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in any business. Hi Larry, I have owned the bike for only three months and the battery was getting impossible to lock back in. The level 2 needs to be locked with the key so you can ride it.There was a good chance of breaking the key trying to lock it. After buying 3 bikes from them on two separate occasions I've got to say that there good customer service on the phone and in person is no fluke. They always answer my questions and the test rides are great because they really help you choose the right bike for your needs.

Visited and test road some ebikes 2 weeks ago Saturday April 13th. Really like the discover 1 and called Bernie to tell him yes we would like to purchase 2. We purchased 2 Aventon Aventure 2.0 bikes. Bernie helped us decide what was best for us. Fatter tires = smoother ride with more tire to the road he said! They assembled them and service what they sell, and we’ve bought phone holder/charger, saddle bags, and helmets from them too. And they made a hitch for my husband’s bike so he can hook up his deer hauler and pull his deer out of the woods this Fall! Great store with great service!
