Trek Bicycle Pontiac

Purchased a bicycle from my neighbor. It has been improperly assembled and didn't have a smooth ride. I took it to their shop to drop it off for a tune-up. Within 15 minutes after arriving, the technician had quickly solved the problem and I was able to ride it home. No need to leave it. Thanks Guys.

Dave and Louis, the store manager, were super friendly and helpful! I went around to about half a dozen shops to ask questions and look around. I haven't ridden for 15 years, and have gained a whole lot of weight in that time, so I was looking for professional guidance. Initially, I was looking for a hardtail mountain bike, because that's what I road as a kid, and I'm hoping to build up my skill and fitness to get out on some proper trails. I made the right choice shopping here. Louis was great to work with and helped me pick out the right bike. He went above and beyond to make me happy. I also got great tips on gravel rides in my area from the service manager. I’ll be back to this shop for sure. They also have awesome clearance items, got a $300 helmet for $50!

Wow! These guys made our day special! First, Dave surprised my 5 year old daughter with stickers for her bike after she played a game in the store. Then Ian looked over my MTB bike and hooked up us up with sweet TREK swag! Can't wait to see what Trek does in Michigan! Louis, Julia, Paul and Jeff are also great to work with. Very happy with my Marlin 7 and Madone SLR :)
