Trek bikes are great! The staff is attentive and professional. Ryan is an excellent technician. And he understands the type of riding I do to fit the bike for the long distances I ride year round. The 2 gentlem were helpful and not pusshy. They offered products without being pushy. I had my daughter on my arms and the gentleman (did not catch his name) brought the bike out to my truck. Also saved me a box that iI requested over the phone. Great service!

Don't put glitter in your tire sealant! Not only is it super messy and bad for the environment but it is not effective! Honestly it is a little ridiculous. Do you think if Stans and Orange could have improved their sealant formulas by adding 2 cents worth of glitter from the craft store they wouldn't have? Modern sealants are carefully engineered with specially selected aggregates that bond well with the base (usually latex). Glitter is shiny plastic flake which won't bond well with anything...

Friendly, knowledgable group. Explain every adjustment and every part worn and replaced. Up front about every charge. Fix or repair every part of a bike. Great selection of parts and complete bicycles.

They have a great selection and staff were super friendly and helpful. We did couple test drives and that was all good as well. They seem the care about the customer and give you the time you need.
