I am a big supporter of small family businesses. People there are courteous and welcome you with smiles and assist you. Jeff, the owner is very polite and tries to help you with all that you need. A big shout out to Jim because he’s the most patient bike expert who answered all my “silly” questions and went above and beyond to help me tune my bike. I am definitely coming back. Thank you for being so awesome!

I really appreciated Jim, the Macomb Bike shop owner. He’s old school customer service. Night and day compared to other stores. His time estimate for repairs was right on. And he kept me updated thru out. Jim asked for my ok for everything he did. With pictures! This bike shop is the best you can find for sales and service. I wholeheartedly recommend it. The staff is patient and spends lots of time ensuring your satisfaction. A 5 star business, for sure.

Is there 6 stars Kind, respectful, caring, I first come in with a friend with her kids bike, Macomb bike employees, or rather Macomb bikes kind people, did their best to help her and keep her son safe by putting self locking both on the front wheel thank you thank you, her son's pretty rough on the bike bent the derailer, and demolish the brakes, these guys did an excellent job of getting that bike in shape, 20" in er, so I bought his next 24-in bike from their used bike supplies. These guys are great! I went in today to replace what I thought was needed, new pedals. They looked it over and after the pros took a look. I walked out with no repairs or replacements needed and no charge. I will keep returning and recommending macomb bike to anyone and everyone that has or needs a new bike or repairs to their current bike. Ride on!
