ERIK'S - Bike Board Ski

I bought my Aventon Aventure 3 back in the end of September, the buying process went fine although I don't fully understand the $100 assembly fee and the "safety check" before I can bring the bike home (I bought the floor model, was it not safe during my test ride?). When I got home with the bike, the serial number on my paperwork did not match the serial number on the back and in the Aventon app it also states the bike was purchased months earlier (hopefully that doesn't affect any warrantie...

I bought an Aventon 3 on July 3, 2025. The salesman was nice. I went back the next day and that young man was nice and helpful as well. He helped me with a couple questions and helped set up my lock as I couldn't figure out how to do it. Overall, a great experience and the bike is super fun to ride. I love the app that comes along with it. People post photos from all over the world, it's really fun.

Just like my last purchase, the staff insisted on being super friendly and accommodating. I came in at closing time and the staff stayed late on a Friday night to set up my entire system. Even helped download the app and set it up for me after hours. No one acted upset or agitated that I came in so late. Came in for snowboard boots for son, and Ford took care of us and was fabulous. Attentive, made sure my son tried on different styles to compare fit and comfort. This ended up meaning kiddo got something better. Highly recommend to shop here.
