Customer service is the number one priority here as I can’t say enough good things about this bike shop! They want you to be happy with your bike and are knowledgeable and patient in helping you find it. Great inventory and the owner is very chill and friendly. No high pressure to buy. Highly recommend this place for buying, trading or getting maintenance done on your bike.

Gil saves the day. I have a Swytch conversion Ebike kit. Currently, I can't get accessories from their company (in England). My monitor broke, and Gil took the time to send a Swytch monitor to me by mail. I now have a working monitor and electric power back for my upcoming trip. I appreciate the communication and the effort he took to obtain the necessary accessory.

I've brought 3 bikes here for tune ups and they are usually booked solid, so it takes a couple weeks...but Gil the owner is incredibly knowledgeable, hires and trains great helpers and does an amazing job! I highly recommend them!

Highly, highly recommend - great service. Called on the off chance my problem could be fixed. Got owner Gill on the phone right away and he suggested bringing over the stroller with the bent frame so he could take a look. He took a look, said maybe he could fix it, gave a totally reasonable price, and said either he would improve the alignment and charge me or if he couldn’t improve it, he would charge nothing.
