Updated: They reached out to me by phone. My husband took our Aventon Level 2 e-bikes in for a tune-up, hoping to avoid the spring rush. He told them that his bike had been power surging. We got a notice that they were done pretty quickly. He went to pick them up the next day. When he got home, I checked the invoice; it was only $45.00 each. I’ve bought from Erik’s for a long time and they are amazing. Finally bought an e-bike here after comparing to other store brands offered and the Aventon level 3 I bought is so incredible and the features at this price are unbeatable. Biking on it is so fun I can hardly describe it. It keeps me on my bike longer, I still get a great workout and it makes hills less stressful on my knees. So happy for this purchase and the great staff at Erik’s.
This ERIK’S is solid! They have more stock than most near the cities & the staff is awesome here!!! Cat is especially knowledgeable about bikes & super helpful. I purchased a bike from them & was not able to leave the store with the bike as the service dept needed to check it over. In theory, this sounds like good service unless you want your bike in a timely fashion. I was told I would have it by the next morning. Not true & when I called to indicate that I wanted my bike & if they couldn’t go over that I wanted it anyway, I was told that I cannot come pick it up. Cat was great! Very helpful in making my decision on which bike to buy. Spending that kind of money one would think that you could exchange an inexpensive bike seat, seems very petty on Erik's part to me, not very good customer service which obviously leads to poor customer satisfaction and the reason for only 3 stars.
