Dave was most helpful and patient while checking out the e-bikes. He made sure I got the best deal and everything I needed to know about the bike.

My spouse and I recently bought two e-bikes from Erik's in Burnsville and Eagan. We've been very happy with both the bikes and the service at both stores. Lately we've been back and forth to the Eagan store for different reasons, and we've received EXCELLENT service during each visit. They had a bike with everything I had wanted. I had nice help but I don’t understand the $100 assembly fee and having to pick it up the next day for a “safety check” when all they did was attach the water bottle holder that I had bought. They left my bike at 59% battery as well. I don’t understand how they couldn’t have it at 100% for pick up. The store manager at the Eagan store was very friendly and professional. I was not pressured into buying the more expensive options. I will continue to do all of my bike related shopping at the Eagan store.
