ERIK'S - Bike Board Ski

Stopped by to get a quote for rear brake pads and a derailleur adjustment for my full suspension. Chris in the bike shop was super friendly and knowlegeable! He seemed very passionate about biking, and gave me some awesome trail rec's! I will definitely be returning to this location for future maintenance and repairs!

I went in for board boots and they took the time to measure my feet, ask about my riding style and then recommended a few options. After trying on 4 different boots, the pair that felt the best was heat molded for my feet and they fit perfectly. I would have bought a size too large had I not been helped. Great experience!

We had a reasonably good experience shopping at Eric‘s bike shop. Their inventory is vast, and we were able to do a lot of our searching online prior to going to the store. Gavin was our sales person, and he did a great job explaining all of the details and pluses and minuses of the bikes we were interested in. I needed a set of ski poles and stopped in to check the available selection. Inventory was low but selected a pair. There was a sale on skis so I figured poles were on sale too…nope. So I politely and respectfully inquired if poles were on sale too…”No they're not” was the answer. Unfortunately my experience was not what I was expecting what so ever. I came in to purchase ski boots and bindings, have them mounted on my skis, as well as get my skis tuned up. It started off with the boot fitting. The kid helping me was a nice guy and a pleasant person. Unfortunately he knew nothing about boots or bindings.
