ERIK'S - Bike Board Ski

I travel extensively and study people by habit. From the instant read of what I, the customer, needed- to following me out the door of his own volition to help me carry skis in- to his deft handling of my young children and recall of their names- to the obvious expertise he displayed in outfitting us- I’ve had no better customer service anywhere than Mac. In a word, anticipation.

Dave provided great service, answered all my questions during the purchase of my new Specialized Mtn Bike. I am very happy that I found Erik's in Maple Grove for the purchase of my new ride!

Update: Was able to work with the store manager and they fixed everything. It did take a little over a week, but they remedied the situation and got me the missing charger, key, and also gave me a multi-tool and a gift card for the assembly. They even delivered it all to my place after hours. I am really grateful for their customer service for fixing this even if it took a while to sort out. Had a great experience at the Maple Grove Erik's Bike Shop. Was looking for a MTB and Tyler and Mac were patient and extremely helpful, answering all my newbie questions, even on black Friday. The bike i wanted was not available in my size at their store so they called around and found my size at another Erik's. Price was as low as I've seen for this model.

My experience here was nothing short of phenomenal. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with as was his son Max. My experience was both educational and non-pressured. He asked me what I was looking for in an electric bike and steered me towards the best choice for me. I was totally uneducated as to e-bikes and left feeling good about my purchase. He is a tremendous asset to your company.
