Walked in with the most odd request, looking to buy tape. staff were friendly, helpful and even gave me a small roll of scotch tape when they couldnt find any other option. Amazing customer service!

Came to Erik’s for a Specialized helmet replacement after a crash. Everyone I worked with was super helpful getting different quotes from Specialized as I kept asking for different models. Very friendly and patient staff that went above and beyond!

Erik's Bike was great and the staff were very helpful. I'd be been looking for an xxs road bike and they had the perfect bike for me! They happily let me take it for a test ride and said I could keep it all day. I only rode 7 miles but it was great for me. The Specialized Sirrus 3.0 was delightful, responsive and handled nimbly across the cobblestones at the Stone Arch Bridge. I returned the next day to purchase my bike. Again, they were professional and kind. I recommend this bike shop!
