A great store frequented by elite cyclists, recreational riders and family bikers alike. No matter what group you're in you are made to feel welcome and respected. On a recent visit Jack dropped everything to fix my flat. He had the new tube installed before I even had a chance to browse the fantastic bike selection.

Fair prices, fast turnaround. My one complaint is they won’t work on E-bikes, even if it’s a non E-bike specific repair. I find this dogmatic approach disappointing and a bit elitist. The main tech (maybe the owner?) is definitely knowledgeable and and competent but can be a bit gruff. If you’re a veteran cyclist, you’ll likely love this place, but if you’re a beginner it may not feel as welcoming. I usually leave with an odd sense of shame and the feeling that I’m not a “real” cyclist. Tha...

He’s far more than just a mechanic—he’s the kind of guy who seems to have been born on a bike. He’s helped me (and a few friends) wi...

Never gotten my bike back from a shop in such good condition. All work done top notch. Will be back next time I need a repair/part/accessory.

Just had a horrible experience at this bike shop. Took it in for a deluxe tune up, and tire replacement. After spending $350 and riding it for less than 20 minutes, one of the spokes broke. After bringing it in, the mechanic refused to acknowledge that it could have broken due to a poor wheel-trueing, and insisted on charging me. This was poor customer service and just disappointing. As much as I want to support a local independent bike shop, I will not be returning here and will advise other...
