Tangletown Bike Shop

Had a mystery noise pop up on my Cannondale Cargowagen during my ride today, I was nearby and called to see if they could take a look at it. I brought it in, they got it in the stand and quickly fixed the issue. The chain guard was the culprit, easy fix. Thank you SO much!

We had an amazing time on our 4 hour bike tour of Minneapolis thanks to Josie and Tangletown Bike Shop. We rented a couple of ebikes and they were easy to use, in great condition and still had battery left after 50 miles of touring. We were amazed by all of the bike trails and infrastructure in the city. So bike friendly and so many places to enjoy a beautiful day. What a great experienced staff. I stopped in to learn how to replace handle bar tape. Long story, had Total Knees Replacement surgery, thought I would never be able to ride again. Normally Riding 3-5k miles a summer. As he showed me how to apply tape and what to use, I mentioned that I was having trouble rotating my right knee. he explained how he could adjust my road bike. We broke/jammed our Bob stroller brake system and two awesome guys at tangletown bike shop each spent a half hour actively working woth the stroller and managed to make it usable again!!!! So grateful for their expertise and perseverance for what seemed an impossible task. Then they significantly undercharged me for the labor and were super gracious! My toddler loved their couch and dog too!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

My partner and I came in for tune-ups and a front brake repair. Even though they were booked out two weeks, they greased our chains and did a temporary fix on the brake. The service was excellent, and the staff is always incredibly friendly. Highly recommend this place for all your biking needs!
